Hi everyone,
OK, I know we are supposed to have stalls and that a stall means our body is recovering and getting ready to loose again. BUt in my heart...I have been the same weight for almost a month now...going up half a pound then back down..then up...then down and I am so tired of this. I still have about 25 lbs more to loose and really can't seem to get the scale to move... now more info..... I am walking daily about 3-4 miles and swim two to three times a week(pretty fast) and getting enough protein and h20 But I am not counting carbs or calories or fat grams.... Can anyone say anything to help me out??? I am just STUCK and hating it? any words of wisdom.. Can a stall really last so long? A month since last lose is a long time. Help me out here. Thanks for listening. jacqueline
Perhaps you could start using fitday.com or weightbydate.com and try it for a week or so to see how many calories you're actually getting...maybe you're taking in more calories than you think? The last stall I had (but it only lasted 9 days), I stopped exercising for 2 days, then started back doing things differently...and I'm now still doing 3-4 miles a day, but I jog for about 90 seconds then walk for 2 min...and alternate like that the whole distance. I also added in Jazzercise 3 times a week. That seemed to get things moving again.
Congratulations on having only 25 lbs to go!!! that's wonderful!!
