so far, so good--surgery was 9/15. My stylist and I talked about this at length a week or two ago and she reminded me to eat fat as well as protein--lo fat diets are KILLER on hair.
Topic: OT - MY SON
Just wanted to let all of you know that my son has passed ALL of his tests (FTX & PT) and will be graduating from Basic/AIT on Dec. 19. MY SON IS COMING HOME !!!! At least until Jan. 7, then he leaves, goes to St. Louis and flys out to Germany. Right now we don't know if he's still heading to Iraq or not. And that's about all I know for now.
Wanted to thank everyone for your prayers for him and my family. Your prayers and support really really mean a lot to me.

Well I was down 38 lbs and may be at a lower weight (I don't own a scale) but I am finally feeling a bit normal. My energy level has increased, I have regular bms (Sorry), and hunger sometimes creeps in. But all in all, since 9-19, my band and I are traveling the road of success! I have no complaints!

I had surgery on 9/11, so I will be 3 months out on Monday. I haven't lost any hair yet, but I have heard it usually starts around 3 months.

I have started to shed pretty bad... Its not like Im going bald or anything, but its thiner.. Im going to get my hair cut shorter to try and help it look like I have more of it.
