Mine was 9-19. As I understand it, if you don't keep up with your protein, then that could be a side effect. I haven't had a problem yet, but I also think they said 4 to 6 months that could happen.

My surgery was September 14, 2006. I"m doing pretty well. My goal is to get off my Diabetes pills.
I understand hair loss is a side effect from this surgery. Is anyone loosing their hair yet??

Sounds good! I tried the vanilla new Whey mixed with cherry sugar free kool aid this morning...that was pretty good too.

I just want to report that I did try salad and it stayed down but it made me SICK AS A DOG!!!! Without too many details, I guess it was too early for me.. it was so bad i'm afraid to try it again anytime soon.

I just wanted to share with you a new way to have your protein. Crystal Light sunrise orange, vanilla protein powder(I use New whey) and a few ice cubes. It taste like an orange julius.
