You are sure right about the liquid pain medicine. I have only used it about 3 times. Maybe just twice it is nasty.

Cream of chicken soup packets, jello, SF pudding with lots of diet V8m & diet snapple... Just started protien shakes yesterday, have some slim fast & atkins...... both ok....

I had "RNY" and it was 10 times less pain then I thought it would be.... I was walking laps within 4 hours and home within 26...... Feel great and done with pain meds as of this morning...... Haven't got on scale yet just going to wait until post-op appt Wed....... Have a blessed day!
