I have BCBS as well, and I've just gotten my date for revision surgery. I remember being asked this for my original surgery back in 2002. Do the best that you can, list all the programs you've been on and the weight losses and gains. I'm sure my history was incomplete and/or inaccurate, but I did it to the best of my recollection. I mean, most people I know don't keep track of every time they started a diet and when they stopped, etc.

Again, do the best you can and I'm sure you'll do fine. Good luck!!

I got back yesterday and I am feeling fantastic. I haven't been on any pain meds since the night of surgery. I do have a little gas pain in the chest area however the more I walk around or just stand up and rock back and forth the pain goes away and I start burping a lot. I think I burped more in two days than I did the whole year. To me the sound of me burping was music to my ears. It is so wear how you feel your liquids go to your stomach and the feeling of being full after 1 oz. I can only drink 1 oz every 15 minutes. My stomma is a little tight so it is takes a little while for clear liquids to go down. Instead of 2 days on clear I will be on clear for a week. That is ok with me because I am totally stuff on my clear protein drinks. Aloha, Asia
