Glad to hear your surgery went well also. Mine was just two days prior to yours on 9/2. I too am still sore and tire easily, but I'm doing much better than anticipated. I went to church yesterday and amazed people that I was there just 5 days after surgery.
I do find it difficult to constantly sip fluids and try to get in the necessary protein requirements, but I am trying.
I'll wait until this afternoon to see the the doctor's scale actually says, but I'm pretty sure I'm down about 10 pounds or so.
Blessings!

Isopure is available at GNC, Vitamin World or health and nutrition stores. The drink is not bad. It also comes in a powder.

I am on day 15 of liquid, I use variety as a game, I have been soooo blessed I use Slim fast low carb (really yummy) Atkins advantage (pretty darn good) EAS a little watery for me but I still use it UNJURY is the best (ordered from the internet) I have lost 21 LBS !!! but started at 320, still having trouble drining water but working on it. My surgery is Wednesday my dream was to get below 300 by wednesday. Shopping for food Target has the best prices and walgreens. I look at what I used to spend on lunch and spend it on healthy protein ......have not been hungry..... This is silly my favorites are SF popcycles and SF jello with vanilla protein powder in it. The UNJURY chicken sour is to die for if you are a chicken broth person. Hang in there, try all of these untill you find what you like.
God bless Bobbi

My doctor gave me pain meds but told me that if I don't need them that I can always take liquid tylenol. Maybe you don't need all that medicine. Save me a seat on the losers bench on tuesday.
