Hello,  Clear is clear.  Try  ISOPURE,  I have grape frost in front of me now.  It has 40 grams of protein.  20 OZ bottle. It  comes is other flavors too. It's  $3-4 a bottle. Vitamin World, GNC etc.  Swanson and the other broths come in sodium free. Mix between half salt free and fat free with salt.  it will give you some flavor.  For today Sunday I you need other "clear" protein drink types, write back.  My books and lists are in the car.   Good luck Monday.  My surgery is Tuesday,  Hurricane Ike, permitting.  Robyn

I agree with everyone, Hurricanes can stop anytime now.  The latest models don't look for our part of the Gulf.  And my job requirements would most likely make me move my surgery if Freeport area took a hit by Ike.  Our sister plant near Baton Rouge got messed up real bad.  All I can do is pray.

I hope you get your surgery on the 9th that is my day too. Today was my first day on soft foods. Tomorrow I have soft foods too and then Monday uggg clear liquids.
