I made myself sick worrying about Gustav and it did'nt even rain here. It is so nerve wracking! Hang in there you will be okay.

I'm on day 7 and i have been sooo hungry I'm on the HMR 800 shakes and there not bad ,,, but I'm still struggling.. but i only have two more day that is what i keep telling myself .. i have lost almost 10 pounds... so just hang in  there try the slim fast i hear that is good  ...

Tuesday Sept 9 is the day!  I need some help to push hurricane Ike further south (below the Fl keys).  My hospital is in Jupiter, Fl, as long as Ike keeps a southern course, I am ok. my hospital is 160+ miles from the keys.  I hope that everyone in south, south Fl is safe,  but to be honest Sept 9 is all about me.  So help me push Ike far south!!!
