Good Morning,  It's another great day and I hope you all are enjoying it so far.  I know many of you have exciting weekend journeys so let begin with a cup of Coffee.  Today another smile and a very positive outlook.  Our world changes one attitude at a time so make someone happy and give them your best.  It does our  heart good to know that we a getting better as individuals  and as a country.  Do you get the rest Rhino need, Are you eating the good stuff, Would you b found guilty of being a positive thinker, doer.   I 'm afraid so, so go out and change your world one day at a time, and you will change all of us.   May your smile light the path to your goal and happiness.  Have a great day! 

Because of Hurricane Ike, I missed my pre-op visit and tests.  Yesterday the doctor's office email me and said I could come in the 19th or 23rd to do my pre-op stuff.  So my September 30th date is still a go.  Because of my job I was not able to start my liquid diet until two days late.

So this is day two of the liquid diet.  I have been too busy to think about it. 

I must adimit.....I'm addicted to the scale!  It's bad.  I'm 7 days post-op and have no business with a scale!  @!#$%d up!  Help!  THINK i NEED TO HURRY BACK TO WORK.

I've always had low iron.. and especially during your cycle..
this shouldn't have an adverse affect on your surgery date..
You'll probably be advised to take some kind of supplement..


But on another note...

Hi everyone! I am curious if anyone here has Dr O'Malley at Highland hospital in Rochester NY? Any info would be great. I'm getting my surgery done there so I would like to know some experiences that people had there. Just doing a little homework. Thanks
