Yea Yea Yea
 Hi All,
The scale has started it's slow decent once again. I steped on the scale and low and behold it said 296.0!!!!! I thought I was going to fall of the thing. It has been sitting at 300.0 for 3 1/2 weeks!!!!! I am so glad to see a new number. I atribute it to the masive amout of water I am gaging down and that I am back to exercising (had to take a week and a half off due to incision pain). Thank you Lord for making that darn thing move again.

This is my first time in here and it is so wonderful to read exciting news like yours...way to go. When I went for my surgery on October 20th I weighted in at a heafty 331 lbs. Last week I weighted in at 294. I was so excited that I was under the 300 lb mark. And it is nice to know that I am not the only one that is gaging down the water...I used to drink so much water and now I have to force myself because I am just not thursty. But way to go Tanya, you are a great inspiration to us all.

I really like reading the posts because it lets me know I am not alone. Believe it or not, I was on the longest plateau known to man - I did not lose a pound from Thanksgiving to New Years. I was so frustrated and began to think that I could lose more weight doing Atkins or the South Beach diet.
Anyway, since New Year's Day, I have started losing and have been losing steadily since. I have lost almost 10 pounds since January 1st and have lost a total of 46 pounds (today is my 3 month anniversary).
Also, water was my best friend before the surgery and I find myself forcing myself to drink enough now.
Congratulations on your sucess and keep being a loser.
