I live in southern MD and we do not have Pathmark or shoprite stores... I did not find sugar free ice cream my Nutritionist suggested breyers...But Ice Cream is a BIG NO NO for me NEVER AGAIN will I try any type of ice cream its just not that important in my menu.

Isn't it beautiful? I finally went shopping for some new spring outfits and I brought size 16 into the dressing room and they were all TOO BIG. I bought all size 14. I went a little nuts, and after a couple of days, I returned about half of the clothes I had bought. It was such a strange experience...walking through the mall, going into ANY store I wanted and picking up clothes. Not to mention skipping the Plus Size stores alltogether. I smiled for days after that shopping trip.

I am 6 months out...and these 6 months have been very uneventful as far as my pouch is concerned I have had no problems.. BUT LAST NIGHT my stupid behind just had to have some ice cream WHY WHY WHY I made my usual protein shake with fat free skim milk and Unjury unflavored pretein powder and fresh strawberries and bananas....but no I had add the ice cream (low carb low fat breyers vanilla) I had my first dumping experience WOW that dumping stuff ain't nothing but SERIOUS I was sooooooooooo sick for hours it was coming from both ends I was crying like a baby...I called for my daughter to help me...she thought I was faking at first I was lying on my bathroom floor crying *yeah I'm faking* she called my boyfriend we live about 45min to an hour away from each other it was about 10:15 pm he was there in 25 min...he is just the greatest I would have never thought he would hold me up so I could in the toilet and not on myself and then wipe my face must be real but anyway DUMPING is NO JOKE I was praying like I was about to die NO MORE ICE CREAM FOR ME Jo
