HI!
I had ....
B- 2 ozs scramble eggs & grits.
L- 20 ozs protein drink
D- 1/2 cup spagetti
S- 1 peach
D- 32oz water.
Still having problems getting protein down and water. This is something I constantly work on. Doing fine and well. Lost 91lbs since journey started and 64lbs since surgery Oct 14, 04.

I'm 4 months out and have lost 64lbs since surgery and 91lbs since I started this journey. Don't worry about the platue. It's normal, you will not loose for a while and then all of a sudden you will start losing again. This is normal. Karen

B-1 cup of Lo Carb Orange Juice
and 3 pieces of bacon
L-2 cups of Tomato Juice with olives and ****tail onions (Virgin Bloody Mary)
D-5 saltines with a bite of tuna salad on each one
S-1 nectarine
I am having a hard time with protein.

I HAD MY OPEN RNY 10/21/04. SO FAR I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 96lbs. I SEEM TO BE ON A PLATUE, CAN'T GET TO 100. IT'S BEEN ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW. GETTING NERVOUS. ANY HELP WITH THIS, DRINK 60 TO 70 OZ.A DAY LOTS OF PROTIEN. NO CARBS. I DO EXERCISE 4 TO 5X'S A WEEK. HOPE IT'S JUST NORMAL, ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS TROUBLE?

S- 1 oz. trail mix
L-WW low carb meal
S- 1oz. cheese
D- 1/4c chicken w/ msuhroom gravy, 4 asparugus, 2 tbls rice.
S- 2 sugar free popscicles
2 pieces chocolate ( I know, I'm BAD!)

Hey thats good to know! Teryaki on a stick..2oz. I bought a food scale but sometimes I think it is wrong? I weighed a taco and if I went by the scale I could have eaten **** 4 to equal a 4 oz meal which of course I could never do. And 4 oz chicken seemed like too much as well. These days I just try to figure it out on my own.
