I think we all hit a plateau at 3 mos. I do not know anything about the band. I wouldnt even know where to begin. Sounds like you are right on track though as far as your weight loss. I get sick on certain meats as well. On the band isnt it usually every 3 mos?

Thanks, I've been chicken(funny, use it, can't eat it much!!LOL)to unplug my nose and try again to find a flavor I like!? I tried soooo many types at first, and got soooo burned out on the flavors. Course I never thought to add real fruit!! Love the idea, and will try this am!! janee cain

I tried TKD a few years ago, but I was way too big and out of shape to even get through the warm up. My kids were taking it at the time and I thought it would help me lose weight. I felt so out of place and awkward. I bet I could do much better now. I might look into it again when my leg feels better. Isn't it exciting to find new things we can do now that the weight is coming off! I can get up and down stairs and out of chairs so much easier! Congratulations Sherrie on your success! Robin G

My big WOW moment was a few days ago when I found out for SURE that I weigh LESS than my DH! I was so happy at that moment. I haven't been smaller than him for a very very long time. Congratulations on your great success Jenn! Robin G

I totally understand that strange feeling of being so much smaller now than I was 3 months ago. Today I am smaller than I have been for 21 years (before I started having kids!). I can't even remember feeling this small (and a size 16 isn't really that small, but it feels like it to me!) Congratulations Nichelle! Robin G

Congratulations, I need to buy some new things, but haven't tried it yet. I still feel awkward going into the "normal" section. I think I am probably a 16 which is down from a 22-24. It is wonderful when you go down clothes sizes!!! WOOHOO for us! Robin G
