Revision to the surgery

Hi all,

   Just a quick update. I'm having a revision to the surgery on 4/1/09, that's no April fools joke. I'm having what they call a endoscopy with sclerosing therapy. I will have an endo and while that is being done the doctor will inject the stretched pouch to get to the size it was just after surgery. I'm sooooooooo happy to be having it done. The whole procedure including recovery time is about 3-4hrs. Then I do a special diet like just after the surgery.

I too hope it went well for you.  Keep us posted on your progress.  I don't stop in much anymore, but I'm always curious to pop in and see how everyone is doing.  This is definitely a life long struggle, surgery or not.

Hi Lisa,  Hope everything went well.  I have not heard of this.  It is so hard still.  I stay on the scale. Good luck and when you feel better let us know the details.  Cost, insurance, down time.
