Hello all...gosh I have been away forever. Partly because I have basically stalled. At least I am not gaining anything but I eat almost like before....it is sickening. We finally joined the gym in March but still haven't made it there yet. I keep hoping to find some time to go. The really scary part is my 10 year old just went to the dr this week and she weighs 180...at 10!!!!! We have GOT to do something to change...I refuse to go over 160 and I need to get my Mary working before she gets any bigger. I had no idea she weighed that much. Anyway, it was so wonderful to see how everyone is doing and I will be a more frequent visitor...I promise

Valorie,
I wish I could come help! Geez, you would think those renters would have felt some compassion for you and cleaned up. I'm glad you got them out but I'm so sorry you'll have all the extra work and stress cleaning up after them before you can even move in.

Party at my new temporary "home" this weekend- ALL WEEKEND! Rain or shine!
BYOCS and/or BYOPB
For you inquiring minds- that is bring your own cleaning supplies and/or bring your own paint brush!
You should see the nasty mess I have to correct before I can move my family into this place. I wouldn't let a dog live in there! No offense to FIDO intended. None of my previous rentors have ever left such filth. Looks like another week on the couch at my friends house for us.
Hugs,
Valorie

Once again time has gotten away from me I can't believe that I haven't posted for so long. I will try to get better at this. Last time I posted I I had just joined a gym and that is going well. still not super consistent but getting there. I had also gained a few but have managed to lose that. I got all the save the date cards mailed out and there isn't a whole lot to do right now except to keep an eye out for jewelry for bridesmaids and decide on favors. Ok on to my stats:
Last weigh in: 147
This week: 144 ( back to my where I like to be)
Loss since last post: 3
Total loss: 125
Hope everyone has a good week! Happy Mom's Day!!
Hugs,
Kim

Thank you, CeCe. I agree - we have some really strong women on this board! I hate what Valorie is going through also. I have been so lucky never to have been in a fire. I can't imagine what she is going through.
I had to get rid of a health care worker today. My friend, Debbie, was at my house this morning and when the lady came in for the day she was going to give my Mom a bed bath. Debbie walked into the other room and when she came back in, she heard the lady tell my Mom that she would be finished soon. Debbie walked in to find my Mom crying in pain and the lady wouldn't stop washing her!!! Debbie made her stop right away and consoled my mother. Debbie called me and I called the agency and told her to get that lady out of my house right away. She may be a good caregiver but if she is going to make my Mom cry then she needs to go. Now I feel so guilty for leaving her there with her in the first place, even though I didn't know about this. Debbie is staying at my house till I get home, thank God.
Man, what a day. I think I need a glass of wine!
