Thanks so much Britt... I think some of it was my cycle because I have already dropped 3 pounds in just one day... LOL... I know I need to get back to basics, it is just so hard with all the kiddos... I personally think I am doing really good with all the stuff that is around me, but I do wish I could get myself back down to 182 or even lower.... I was kind of active today with shopping, I did go out to eat but I had chicken and shrimp... so I made a good choice.... I have at least learned that if I do break down and have a cookie.. that does mean I failed for the day and then I eat the rest of the bag of cookies... I stop at the one.... I just so scared of failing and gaining all the weigh back... I KNOW I won't let that happen... but it still scares me every day...
Thanks again so much for your support... It really means a lot to me...

Congrats on reeling it back in and getting BACK ON TRACK! Bravo Bob - It is soooo easy to get off and not so easy to get back on board - looks like you are back in the saddle

Britt and Everyone,
I had my face lift on Friday and I'm still so swollen that I can barely get my mouth open! I'm eating soup and crackers mostly! My eyes are slits so I'm not on the computer much ut I am reading the posts! Sorry I can't answer everything right now. Britt, I do see you are just about back to goal! Great job!!! I finally hit the 120s. Funny how not being able to open your mouth affects your weight!!!!!

Hi all,
One day late posting but better late than never. It has been awhile since i have posted because this past winter was not good to me food wise as i did not make the best choise's as far as food. For the last three weeks i have been back on my food plan to a tee and have not been grazing like i did all winter. Over the winter i had gained back 18lbs well that had to stop so i got back on the plan and started to lose again. I read your blogs every day and that helps alot. Your all are great ladys and men which give me alot of support, so keep it up.
STARTING WEIGHT= 571.2
LAST WEEK= 385.8
THIS WEEK= 374.4
LOSS= 11.4lbs

Shawn - I know how hard this was to post - I know cuz - i've been there! Shawn you can stop and lose the weight. I was up 14 pounds at one point - its all in my blog - i think you read about it. It took me months to reel it back in - it is so easy to get off and soooooo HARD
to get back on track. Much much much easier said than done. But know you can do it. Maybe this 8 pound gain scared you enough to stop it now - you know they can easily turn into 16, 24, 32 ... etc if you do not stop and get back to basics now!!! We are food addicts - we have to follow all of the rules - all of the time. That is how we can maintain this weight! Each time we put down our gaurd the scale reminds us - ut ut uhhhhhh - not so fast sweetie

I planned my meals out for this week. I put a weeks worth of gym clothes in my trunk and I even ironed a weeks worth of clothes so I could just grab and get to the gym early. I had high hopes of getting back into the exercise routine, but the inspectors came for our annual hell week!
I will be at work extra early and leaving extra late. I even had to change the plane ticket for the family reunion, but I will still make it in time.
Our new grandchild is a girl. The first one! Now we have 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. She will be spoiled rotten, I'm sure. My step-daughter has regained consciousness and is responding to the antibiotics. It looks like she will be fine. They plan on keeping her in ICU for another week though.
With all that said, I'm grateful to get all of this out of the way so life can return to normal next week.

Well, I did not report my weight last week so I guess I have to own up this week and be real.... I have stayed mostly on track so I don't understand what is going on... Other than my cycle showed up the other day.... So here is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth....
Starting weight = 309
Two weeks ago = 190
Last week = 198
This week = 198
Gain over the past two weeks = +8
Total loss = 111
I am just so frustrated with myself... I am eating healthy, I just need to get off my butt and move... I have so many projects I am working on that keep me from actually moving (quilting, scrapping and crocheting)... I have to get these things done, but I have to sit to do them... I will be sure to report in next week and hopefully it will be a loss... I CAN'T gain anymore!!!! Wish me luck this week...
