Thanks, Shawn. You know, it's really hard to comprehend what I've been through. And how fast I seemed to adjust to wearing size 0's. I'm starting to get tight in size 2's now and reluctantly realizing I will up going up some more. I hope I can stop at a reasonable place and maintain. Thanks for the the compliments too!

I'm not back yet, but gearing up. I'm hoping by March 1st to go back. I think I'll make it this time.
Ya, those pics are awful. But that was my reality for months. Scary huh? I feel SO much better now!

Thanks, Trudy. I like the hair too. I thought long and hard about sharing those pics with the world. But there are alot of people here at OH who have been so good to me, praying for me, sending me encouraging words. I just wanted to share with them and others who want to learn, what it was like for me. I hope it helps someone, somewhere, someday. I will set those pics to "friends only" soon. I don't want them hanging out on public domain forever.

I am on the flip side of Britt and Wanda.... I paid for an 18 month gym membership and have gone about 4 times ( my membership is almost up too)!!! I have bought an eliptical machine, a stair stepper and a treadmill.... I sold all but the treadmill...
The eliptical machine was surprisingly hard on my knees as was the stepper, I love my treadmill, it does take up more room, but I do use it....
I guess if you can commit yourself to the gym or to your home equiptment then go for it.. Whatever works best for you... Best of luck to you with whatever you choose...
OH.. don't forget to check Ebay before you buy anything.... And Walmart.... Have fun!!!!!
