You look great! Are you back to work yet?
The "before" pictures are awful! Randy gets so worried when I weigh less than 140--he would have had a heart attack if I ever got that thin! I'm so glad that's behind you. You look very healthy now. Hope you are feeling well.

Kim - I love your new haircut! Scary pictures of you at 90. But you are looking great now and look like you feel better. THanks for sharing your pictures.

I added a couple new albums. One for my new haircut, and one showing how bad things got right before surgery. Warning, I'm in my underwear.
I hit 110 lbs. today! I see my dr. to find out the results of my ultrasound and upper GI. I'm hoping he will tell me to start getting off my tube and hopefully get it out soon!
Let me know what you think of my new do!
Topic: RE: Advice about exercise equipment
Hi Phyliss,
I have bought exercise equipment in the past - and have used it as a coat rack, "for me" my $$$ is much better off being spent on a gym membership - because in my house - I don't use it and if I do - the work out is whimpy as compared to me at the gym. I guess being in the GYM ... gets me in the mindset to MOVE and sweat!!!
However, if you know that YOU will use it. This looked good - plus you can never go wrong with a treadmill.
happy shopping.
hugs,
Britt

Keep nagging. My goal before I started this whole journey was not to get thin. It was to be healthy and guess what... healthy people exercise regularly! I am not giving up and appreciate the encouragement.
Funny you called me The Incredible Shrinking Woman - there is a song on the "Skinny Songs" CD by that name and you got it in my head now.
I am considering setting a goal of running a 5 K or something. Running - Me? Anyway I am thinking it might help me get motivated to get back into the swing of things.
I went to a Casting Crowns concert last week with a local church - but not my church - anyway one of the people I end up eating supper with is the trainer from my gym... Hmm think God is talking to me? BTW The Casting Crowns concert was amazing. They are a Christian group and I encourage you to listen to their stuff. I love it all.

Trudy,
I knew when you said you were in a size 12 that it wouldn't last!!! Don't you just LOVE the LBL? It's truly a miracle, isn't it? Now, we just have to GUARD our PS investment!!! I'm so happy for you!!! Trudy, The Incredible Shrinking Woman - and not to nag (Well, maybe!), just imagine what the muscle toning and cardio work would do for you?!!!! As soon as your son is well, schedule time for yourself!

Sorry I'm so late this week. I've been doing what everyone else has. Both my children are home with Strep throat today. Luckily I haven't had it. My 15 year old son is miserable. I've spent the last two days on Mommy duty.
I'm reading the Beck book and another one actually - How to Shrink yourself. Both books are very similar and based on cognitive therapy - I just need a double dose sometimes. I haven't gotten to the homework yet though.
I need to exercise - Not a new need but if I keep it in my head it means I am not giving up totally on exercising!
Highest: 358
Last Week: 170
Monday: 168
Loss this week -2
My BMI still depresses me because I'm still overweight so I don't even calculate it!
Have a great week. Thanks for all you do on the board Britt!
Hey Cece - my 12's are getting too big. Me... the one who laughed (literally) at my doctor when he told me I'd be a 12. Not quite your 6's but it feels the same to me. Keep up the good work.
