Hope you get your book soon Val... and I hope you had a good time in the chat... I wish I could have been there... Sounds like you all covered a lot of topics.... I am expecting to get my book tomorrow or the next day, and I think you ordered yours the same day I did, so we should get them at the same time.... I am really anxious to get my book and get caught up to everyone else.....

WoW!!!! So nice to know that someone out there is thinking of ME.......
I am so honored!!!!!! I am doing OK... things are rough but I am getting through.. day, by day... hour by hour and minute by minute... some days are rougher than others and some days are a breeze..... That is the life of living with bi-polar.... LOL..... I can laugh about it right now... but tomorrow I may be crying... we will see....
Had a good visit...at least I think we did, with the family.... They seem to cut it short, so I don't know if I said or did anything to offend them, to make them leave 16 hours early.... I will probably never know either... I have never thought that hubby's family has ever liked me much though, soooooo.... well, that is another story.... LOL..
Well, anyway....I am still here... I read the board everyday, just don't always post... but I am definitely around..... Not as much as I should be, but I am here..... Gotta get my lazy butt to bed now.... talk to you more later...

We had a wonderful visit... They just cut it kind of short and I (unfortunately) am taking it personally.... I really seem to think I did something wrong t make them leave 16 hours sooner than they had planned.... And I went out and bought a bunch of stuff for breakfast tomorrow for them that may end up going to waste now.... I am sooooooo frustrated... KWIM???? Well anyway... we had a great visit... I wish they would have stayed longer... I just hope it wasn't me that drove them off so early......

I am on the same boat... The spicery the better... I always liked my food spicy.. but it seems like lately I like it even more so...... I know we shouldn't be eating that, but I can't help it most days.... LOL....

OH MY!!!!!
I sure did miss alot.... My family was supposed to leave tomorrow, but just left a bit ago.... I really wish I had been able to get online and chat now....I really looks like i missed out.....
I will try and catch up (hopefully my book comes soon) and I will be in on next weeks chat.... WoW.. there was just so much I needed to talk about with so many of these topics... OMG..... I wish I could have been there... but then I might have added another hour to the chat.... LOL...... Just be prepared for next week with me... ROFLMBO!!!!!!

1. 1229 cal, 38 g carbs, 108 g protien
2. 350 calories - did cardio for 30 min this morning then did 40 min walk with my dog this afternoon...it was a beautiful day today!!!
3. nothing major today.
4. 40 oz

6. drink more water - not doing so great with that, but at least I am getting more than I was two weeks ago.
7. maintain weight w/ current eating plan - I'm straying a little too much with that darned trail mix. But got my protien up again and my calories were in line.
8. My Beck Chat promise was to stay completely away from the trail mix (my personal devil) through July 2nd. So that's my new extra mini goal. Not even a tiny nibble. I can't tell you how hard that is going to be!!! But I CAN do it.
