( I am borrowing this Idea from Melissa and the Dec'06 surgery board. )
I know many of you have the BECK diet solution - BOOK
I thought we could have a 8 week (12 chapters) focus group and complete this program together.
So if you want to join in .... read up to and including page 32
We will start the discussion next week 6/23 and start reading our NEW chapters ASSIGMENTS.

I'm in. I can't seem to stick to anything very long maybe this will help me be motivated. I looked at my Beck Diet book this morning. I need to be on some kind of a plan. I feel really tired lately and I don't think I'm getting in enough protein. I'm really good about taking my vitamens. I did buy a heart monitor at Costco this weekend it was $35 so not to badly priced. I have to read the directions and get it working. I love gadgets
