Hi Heather (and Caitlin),
Hope you had a lovely Sunday after all. Thank you for sharing your day with us, reading all those things reminded me of my past pregnancies and brought back lovely memories. I hope you are printing or archiving these types of posts for her baby book. She will certainly enjoy reading about your pregnancy someday and it will be fun for you to relive it too.
Where the rest of us are either trying to maintain or lose every Wednesday I hope you had a nice gain this week.
Hugs,
Molly

It gets left at work, and for the most part, I think if it's ever been opened, they see FF/SF on everything and run the other way.
Then on a side note, I keep beef jerky, trail mix, 100 calorie bags of chocolate covered pretzels/popcorn/cheese nips, at my desk for the carbs. I did it before the pregnancy, and the only difference now, is I take the BIG Box of cheese nips, and just use the 100 calorie bags for the chocolate covered pretzels and popcorn.
Gained like 28-31 lbs for the pregnancy so far, and OB is pleased. I didn't really start gaining until about my 6th month too. First 5 months was a whole whopping 13 lbs.

That WOULD be fun! I'd like to go to the farmers market with her too. The ones we have here in the summer are a lot of crafts, home baked breads and less about food from what I've seen. I'm guessing when you live someplace warm (like you) the produce is amazing.

I love the idea of your lips bag! Are you able to take it to work on Monday and use it all week or do you take it home each day? If I were to leave a bag at work in the breakroom fridge the contents would disappear. Usually, sneak-eating goes on but the bags are left behind.
You pack some great food choices in there, too. Lately I've been adding too many carbs to my diet. They're whole grain and healthy but still, I should be getting more veggies. It will be a lifelong learning process. My inner child has a lot of food tantrums. LOL
Have a great week!

Lower body lift for sure, maybe some breast work if there is time. I get 6 hours max from him so we will see. I meet with him on wednesday to discuss options. I wish I didn't have to self pay for the rest but thats how it goes. Another friend of mine just got approved for LBL, arms, and breasts without a fight! How does that happen?!?!? I need her insurance!!!

Sometime this week I'll get the bump updated to show off. We have a ballet dancer on our hands, or a world class punter. She kicks most of the day, but thankfully, is still breech, so she's not sucker punching me in the lungs all the time. I've just become a world class bathroom sprinter! We did our 28 weeks sonogram to finish out the "maternal age" screening, and per u/s Cat is right on target at 45% growth curve, weighing in about 3 lbs this week, and all systems and organs are developed with no defects.
If she gains like a normal baby (which I don't think she will being as I'm post-GB, and starting to go back to eating tiny amounts both because she's taking up so much room and I'm not super hungry like I was the first 6 1/2 months), she could weigh close to 8 lbs at birth.
Other night, I told the DH that according to the books and websites, at 28+ weeks, he could hear her heartbeat unaided if he laid his head on my tummy. So he did. And says, "Oh! Her heartbeat is super fast, like at the doctor's office.. whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, cool..." And you can guess, right about then, he got kicked in the head. I laughed so hard, I cried, and my stomach muscles hurt for a good hour afterwards.
We've got her nursery stuff in the boxes, sitting in the corner of the room. They will get put together middle of April, so I don't have to fight the jealous furballs for the next two months.
That cats can't understand why they can't curl up in mom's lap anymore. 1) Because Caitlin kicks the crud out of them when they press on her "bump", and 2) what lap? LOL
Well, we finally have some sun, so I'm going to go waddle around with the rake and see if I can't gather up some leaves out of my planter for the DH to clear out when he gets home from work, before he mows. That and I think Cat is wanting me to stand up to stretch, she's thumping the crud out of my belly button, which usually means it's morning walk time.
Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone.

I don't have the Bento box, but I have the "lips" bag.
The girls at work joke that if there is ever an earthquake (since we live in CA) they are raiding my bag, because it has everything but the kitchen sink in it. It's just an old nylon washable bag with hot pink lips printed on it, but I have every size imaginable container that gets stuffed in there. On a typical week, it's packed with:
FF Cream cheese
LF cheese (for sandwiches/snacking)
Yogurt
Cottage cheese
Deli meat
Couple of mini-bagels (for sandwiches)
Fruit (fresh and usually a can of SF peaches or fruit ****tail)
Tomatoes
Salad (packed in bottom in a BIG container)
Baby carrots
Homemade soup (loaded with veggies and chicken or lean beef)
FF salad dressing in a small container for dipping or putting on salad
SF/FF pudding
1 Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine/Weigh****chers for those days I'm feeling "blech/icky" and don't want to mess with prepping lunch at work
Then the outside pocket usually has oatmeal packets or Honey Nut Cheerios (takes me about 2 months to eat a small box.. hehe.. but I so love them).
My bag probably weighs a good 2-4lbs when it's packed, but it goes the whole week, and takes up the space of a normal size lunch box/bag in the fridge. It's all about knowing how to pack!
The Bento boxes are neat though.
