No, I know everyone stays busy.
Well I am still the same no loss no gain which is such a reliefI have totally abandoned my exercising since I have been sick with the female and gall bladder problems.

But we are probably also at the stage that is most important to be accountable and supportive to each other.
I know it gets harder for me as time goes by. Harder to not eat/over-eat things I know I should avoid. Harder to stay out of the cookie jar. Harder to stay on that exercise routine. Etc, etc.
I started writing down my calories again...just calories. I know I get plenty of protien, but I also know my calories were probably near 2000 or higher (like I didn't know I had bounced around the same 5 pounds now, up, down, up, down). Trying to stay at 1400 and see what will happen.
Still have serious problems with night time munching. Do good all day but by the time 6 pm rolls around and I have dinner, after that I want nothing more than to open the fridge and grab a bucket and shovel. I am getting the majority of my calories in after 5. And, I am afraid if I eat more during the day to aleviate the evening munch monster that that will mean nothing more than even more calories by the end of the day.
We keep trudging on...

My numbers speak for themselves..I am having the hardest time..each day I say "this is the day" and then I eat something.

CW: 170 Stupid PMS.....causes me to want to graze badly the week before and then the week of and after drop back down again. Such is the cycle of life.
Really need to get into the exercise mode again but find it very difficult. Did use my stability ball while watching the Biggest Loser Tues night and now my abs are a littel sore. I am weird and like that feeling...reminds me I actually have abs under all that flab! Gonne use the ball again tonight!

Still watching my carbs, now that I can stand protein again, and feeling good.

Up one but I've been eating kind of badly so I deserve it. Too many salty things and been doing a bit of grazing. Trying to lessen my caffiene and up the actual water. It is hard this far out!

I HAVE STRUGGLED SOOOOOOOOO BAD HERE LATELY TOO, I HAVE ONLY WENT TO THE GYM 1 TIME SINCE BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND MY EATING HABITS HAVE BEEN JUST TERRIBLE. I STAY SO DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF BUT CAN NOT SEEM TO GET IT TOGETHER.
