My sister has a Kaitlin (with a K) I think that is such a pretty name:)
As a mom of boys I will say I think boys are EASIER but it is more fun to shop for girls..

The fun thing about girls is playing dress up and buying all the girly things.
Course, not to scare you, but by the time they are teens it is a whole different story

I prefer boys as well. They are just easier as far as the emotional and hormonal part. Maybe cause I was once a teenage girl and know what that is like (never been a teenage boy
LOL).
My nearly 5 year old is ALL boy and likes to play in the dirt and with toy cars and trains. We can't walk from the front door to the car without him getting into the dirt!
You are going to have a blast! I am imagining it now...all the pink and soft little blankies and cuddlies! These are the moments that make me want to make a few phone calls again (I did foster care for a few years and only took the babies, 2 and under.).

Pink! Caitlin Marie McDaniel, due 5/23/09. Did our 20 week sonogram today, and she's right on target, amniotic fluid level is great, and all measurements. She's going to most likely be tiny on weight doctor thinks, unless I start gaining more weight (so far only 12 lbs this pregnancy) but we'll find out more in 8 weeks when we check on the levels and measurements again. Tech is 80% sure, it's a girl. Caitlin wasn't exactly behaving for her close-up. She was wiggling and twisting during the first half of the sonogram, then once we'd done measurements and started to try to determine sex, she clamped her legs shut, curled up in a ball, and literally showed us her rump! Rude, sassy child already, I see. Definitely her mom and dad's girl. 
Her dad and grandmother are tickled to death. I'm pouting a bit, because I've always wanted boys, never girls.. but as long as she's healthy and gets here safe and sound, it's all good. And I have 4 more months to get used to it.
She's sucking her right thumb in her sonogram portrait (that we have in color), and her dad is not happy.
Told him to start saving for the braces now.

L-Smoothie with splenda
S-popchips (1 serving bag)
3 pieces hard candy
D-homemade chicken noodle soup and 1/2 roll
S-FF fudgesicle bar 2 pieces cheese
I FINALLY unboxed my Wii Fit and did the first part today so tomorrow I will be doing it. I am so discussed with my weight and how much I have GAINED the last few months. I NEED to get back on track with my eating and excersing.
