SF hot chocolate with cool whip as the PBar just was not enough.
I am so HAPPY with day 3!!!
I dread Christmas as I bake a lot of cookies and breads. I am hoping to have a really good month before then and get what I have gained over the summer OFF and get the carbs out of my system.

Hey, that's a VERY good point! I haven't looked at the stats to compare those fats. You know I DO usually get in a tizzy over fats, which is good since I dump on them faster than on sweets.
Well, if you can draw the line on protein fudge then I can too. I will try your protein cookie recipe and see if it 'works' for me. Am just about out of my Isopure dutch chocolate protein powder and don't know what brand to try next for a real, chocolatey fix. I know I don't want anything that is like a dark chocolate but I do want a nice, rich taste. May have to drive across town to the GNC where the cute manager has been nice enough to offer to let me sample proteins. He comes to our support group meetings every so often with other samples (with his equally cute girlfriend, rats ;) haha) and is really supportive of us wls types.
BTW, how many 'cookies' does that make? Seems like it'd be a lot of calories for just one serving. But then considering how much trouble I have controlling myself with homemade sf cookies maybe that is a good thing. One and Done!

Hey....does she have a pumpkin spice version? (Can't remember but guess I'll have to go check!) One of the local drive-ins here in town always advertises a pumpin spice milkshake for their 'shake of the month' and I bet it would taste really great done up in protein for us post-ops.
