ok, I am going to try and post a couple of pics too.
One is of my 4yr old Beth, one is 3yr old Christian and one is my twin sis and I. We went to Kalahari Resort for Halloween Weekend. It was awesome except I broke my tailbone
I will post the link too just in case I have no idea what I am doing.
I know you have seen these Melissa.

That is cute! I did not dress up (usually don't, have no idea why)...but managed to walk the neighborhoods for 1 1/2 hours with my four YO. And, Yeah, that darned Halloween candy!

That is a great idea! My problem is...I have always been horrible at tracking my food. Would do it a day and then not again for months. So I have nothing to revert back to.
This last few weeks have been much better for me in that I plan in advance what I am eating and then it is a no-brainer throughout the day. No muss, no fuss. Course some days still manage to get in an extra nibble or two of something but I am a constant work in progress.
I am also at the point now where I don't want this to become difficult. For me, so far, it has been fairly easy. But, now that things have pretty much stopped moving in that downward direction I am trying to decide if I want to really crunch down and lose 20 more or am I happy where I am. Do I really want to make my daily regime so strict to lose those 20 pounds that it becomes impossible to keep it off and then I keep struggling. I don't want to struggle any more. Is it just me that feels this way?

My neighbor uses farina or ground rolled oats. I have just ground up the rolled oats in the blender or food processer and used that instead of bread crumbs.

OMG it is so simple...I can't believe I did not discover it sooner (only started using it in the last month).
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate protein powder
1 cup peanut butter
7 or 8 packets of splenda (some people use less, it is really a try it and see if you want less or more)
Melt the PB in the microwave for 45 seconds
Add powder and oatmeal and splenda, mix well...sometimes I have to just dig in with my hands because it will be thick. Then roll into little balls (I make 30 to 40 balls depending on the size of them) put in refrigerator to set/cool. I store mine in a gallon ziploc.
Love 'em!

MMM meatloaf. I have tired using fiberone cereal in placed of bread crumbs or crushed up black beans. That was good, then used taco seasoning to make it a mexican loaf. lol

Yep, its gone, its transferred to my belly, hips and boobs :( Argh.. I am ready to be back on track for good... I never have a problem at thanksgiving b/c I make my own menu with yummy substitutes. It is christmas that I am worried about. I am not making cookies for everyone this year like I did last year. I just can't. I am making 5 minute fudge and that's it.
