I know its no excuse but i have been so busy lately so I cant remember if i mentioned it or not but i have been planning a formal dinner and dance for almost a year. Everybody had a great time the music went really well from decorations to caterering i am so glad that was one of the most stressfull things ever my however i enjoyed it helped me to get my mind off of the other crazy things that have been going on i love planning big parties I always have something going on. I am will attache pics soon

Hi! It has been a busy, busy week and I haven't had a chance to check in here. Missed you all and hope it has been a good week. Hoping to have time to check in with you folks tomorrow after I get home from work.
Haven't done too bad today but certainly too high in carbs and fats. Not journalled yet, no time...I have a bunch of company here right now and had better hurry:
--lactaid latte (sf, ff)
2 cliff kids bars
1/2 cup 0%fage, 1/2 cup kashi go lean
snacking at home: (here it goes bad) 1 cornbread muffin
about 1/2 cup chili from tasting
1 cup organic 'life' cereal
1 cup mixed ground turkey/black beans/taco mix stuff
Kids at the door!!!!!

HEY GANG! HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 
I HAVEN'T FELT WELL THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS SO THAT IS THE REASON I HAVEN'T POSTED MUCH. (MY VISITOR THIS WEEK...UUUUGGGG)
THE EATING HAS BEEN BOUT THE SAME (sorry to say). I DID GO GO ZUMBA CLASS LAST NIGHT BUT REALLY NEEDED TO STAY HOME CAUSE BY THE TIME I CAME HOME I HAD FLOODED(sorry TMI) AND HAD A HEADACHE LIKE YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE.
I WEIGHED LAST NIGHT ALSO, IT WAS THE SAME. I WOULD LOVE TO THINK IT IS WATER TENSION BUT I AM AFRAID IT ISN'T. BUT I WILL KEEP ON.
I AM GOING TO DRESS UP AND GO TO MY FRIEND'S HOUSE TO GIVE OUT CANDY. I WILL TAKE PICTURES AND SHOW YOU ALL.

So it is Halloween. Are we going to survive it?
I have a 4 year old and we are walking Grandaddy's neighborhood tonight Trick-or-treating so there will definitely be some contraband in my house for a while...now the test is to see how much I can resist it.
So far today...
B-protein shake
S-coffee w/ SF creamer
L-chicken noodle soup (yes from a can and full of sodium but hey gotta do what you gotta do)
S- 2 baby bells
D- prolly a snack wrap from McD's, pickin up a burger for teh babe on the way to T or T'ing and well since this whole night is about junk, I figure what the hey!
S- well, prolly gonna be a piece of chocolate or 2 if I am really gonna be honest!

I am DREADING tomorrow after 8:00. Both kids are going trick or treating. I am sure I am unlike most parents as I am telling mine to HIDE their candy in their room so the mom does not have to look at it. We are having families here Saturday night and I just got done making 40 cupcakes and a pumpkin pie but I think with as many kids that will be here HOPEFULLY there will not be any left and if there is they will leave with someone. I am making chili and chicken chili so that is a good for me to eat..hot dogs and mac and cheese for kids and some appitizers. (We will not talk about the drinks right now)

I am so sorry to hear you had a bad week. Try to remain positive and little by little detox from the carbs, it sounds like you have issues with them just like do. I think some of us just can't handle it, it provides us unstaiable hunger. :(
I basically eat a lot of protein, protein shakes, salads that with nonstarchy veggies. I eat full fat cheese and sometimes full fat olive oil dressings b/c fats are filling and satisfy the hunger beast.
You can see my daily account of my foods with Elaine. I love protein drinks unlike most, prob my saving grace. I have been doing protein supplements since I was 12. I like that they satisfy my sweet tooth.
Lots and LOTS of water.. and been hitting the gym almost daily.
Hang in there.. you can do this Diana.. I was really stressed and eating really bad a couple weeks ago but im back on track and you can be too. If you get off track.. chuck it and start over.. dont let one episode turn into days of bad eating..... okie dokie? Love you!

B - Arctic Frap pumpkin shake - 1 scoop arctic frap protein powder, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1 cup light vanilla soy milk, 6 squirts of SF chai davinci and 2 packages of splenda and shake of pumpkin pie mix... tell me that doesn't sound like heaven in a glass?!?! B/c it is!
L - EAS Shake on the run. I have to go to work for a meeting.
D - 4 oz turkey breast and 2 oz cheddar cheese
S - Coffee with protein powder as creamer and SF syrup
S - protein cookie and later some tea
If I need anything more it will be a salad with FF itallian dressing.
