I think weather i plan to do this or not it ends up this way for me. Inevitably Aaron and I will go out to eat or something where I want to just be normal. We will go to a pizza place and get a pizza with whatever we want on it but make it a thin whole grain crust and split a ceaser salad. It is VERY thin crust.. I can eat 1/2 the salad and 2 pieces of pizza.. I dont log it. But the next day I try to get right back on track. It keeps me sain.

Topic: Thursday Accountability
Before I get into my plan (running a bit late today)..I wanted to ask if anyone out there has what I like to refer to as a "Free Day" when you don't minitor or keep track of your food intake for a day a pretty much eat what you want. I am not saying go hog-wild and eat out the house or a bunch of junk...but to just not worry about every morsel and if you want a piece of dark chocolate than so be it.
I have heard it works well for some people. They eat stringently all week and then pick a day (usually a weekend or day off) when they just eat what they want. If you have done this how does it work for you?
On-ward-
B- Protein shake
S- coffee w/ sf creamer
L- turkey lunch meat w/ light crm cheese (chive and onion)
S- 2 laughing cow baby bell cheeses (these things are awsome, tried them for the first time last night and got to say I am sorry I did not try them sooner)
D- left over chicken
S- yogurt w/BB and granola
How goes your day?

WTG on your GREAT week. Mine pretty much SUCKED. What are you eating on a typical day? I need to follow you around for a week and only eat what you are eating as what I am eating is not working AT ALL!

L - EAS protein shake on the way to the doctor.
S - Arctic Frap shake (seeing a pattern?)
S - 2 pieces of beef jerky and 1/4 of an avocado
D - Homeade chicken cordon blue and greek salad
S - if I need it, might be a protein cookie.
Been on the go a lot today so lots of shake drinking... looking forward to dinner, making and taking it to a friend's house before bible study :) yum

Yes I am claiming it. Last week it said 169 but I did not believe it so I waited till this week to claim it. And here it is still 169!
If I could ever get TT approved by insurance I would end up in the 150's I am sure and I would be perfectly happy there! I am afraid my face is getting to gaunt looking and really trying to just keep things steady but I am definitely not ready to add mor calories in yet. I will just keep things going as they are and see where I end up after a TT.

Topic: Wednesay accountability
Never got to my yogurt last night. After that chicken fiesta something did not sit well with me so I ended up just having some hot ginger tea. Funny even this far out I can still get that knot in my gut if I don't chew well enough (I know it wasn't too dry...it is soupy for cryin' out loud) or eat a bit too many (haven't done that in a long time).
