Thanks Ro! :)  I had a good day today.  My muscles are so sore from going back to weigh lifting but that usually only lasts a week... I am back to that and running again.  I got in two tubs of my favorite protein powder (arctic frappacino) that I use in my coffee everyday.. I can do it.

I checked out the boob page and it looks like the doctor does good work.  I think a full C is a good selection.  Gives cleavage, yet natural.  Don't want to go to big or you might fall over

Now I am more of a deflated C and use some extra padding to make them look normal after rolling them up and tucking them in.     I would like to have better boobs, but I feel like I am just asking for trouble if i get implants after a reduction.

Good luck choosing and if you are ever in the Tampa area can I touch them?  I have always wondered what implants feel like "installed"

Thanks for understanding Diana.  I know I sounded down in that post and I am a little b/c of the situation I was in.  I am much better off this week but I have had to come to terms with me not being able to take on that job b/c it was set up for me to fail and I just couldn't go there right now in my life with what I want to start (kids etc.)   I won't stay away.. I am here.  I am 150 lbs today and it won't stay that way.  Thanks for making me keep it real.  I am not proud of that number but I can't hide it either.  You are so right.  I am SO glad you are doing better this week. KEEP IT UP!  I am very very very proud of you Diana!!! Big pat on the back!  Thanks for keeping it real and inspiring me and everyone else on the board! *hugs*

You assumption is right on.  How well my surgery sisters know me... it is my panic weight.  I hate 150#.  It just isn't the number I like to see ever nor do my clothes feel good.  I have eaten a ton of salt and carbs lately though so I cannot even get my what used to my my loose weddng ring off my finger right now.  A lot of water weight.  So I am going back to protien protein protein and nonstarchy veggies and lots of water...

I am a little down about not being able to take that job.  I know it would be a perfect job for me and my "calling" but it wasn't set up for me to succeed in it and I know that.  I am totally ok with the decision just upset that it couldn't have been different.  In no way do I want to try to handle a job of that magnitutde right now.

You are right... there ya have it.  150 lbs ya all... 150.  UGH!  I am getting back down to 140 no worries there.  I don't want to start the preholidays this way, it just can't happen.

Thanks for listening Ro.  Big hugs!

I am still at it.  This is the longest I have been able to keep track and stay on track (as far as journalling).  It helps that I only have to write it down once and not log in multiple times or refer to my list multiple times throughout the day.  Too OCD for me to do it that way so this is working out great.  Write it down once the night before or the morning of...takes only a minute or two.  Then the decission is made and I don't have to think about what to eat, how much to eat, etc.  Also keeps me in line a little better.  I plan my day at just about 1000 to 1100 calories and that leaves me alittle wiggle room if I do have a little more chili or put cheese on it, cause technically I will usually eat about 1400 calories.

B- Protein Shake
S- coffee w/ sf creamer
L-soup (had frozen in the freezer)
S-boiled eggs
D-lentils w/jalepano cheddar skinless sausage
S- yogurt w/ granola

I am loving the hot tea in the late afternoon or evening cause the weather got a little cooler the last few days here and Ilove the feel/ambiance of fall and winter!

I did my 36 minutes yesterday and will do 36 min again today on the elliptical.

Hope everyone has a good one!

I have been floating around this weight for like 6 weeks.  Would love to say I weigh 169 just cause it is in the 160's but it ain't permanent.  Oh well.  I keep trudgin' along.

I LUV Biggest loser...funny as a pre-op I never watched...now I can't go without it and even give up some of my other favorite shows on that night to see it (House-but I can always see that in re-runs).

Trainer:  I think I would have to have Jillian kick my a$$.  Bob is too HOT and I think he would be a serious distraction for me.  As much as I would like to lose some water weight by drooling after him LOL.

I did not start the exercise thing until the end of June this year.  I so slacked before that.  Once in a while I would try the treadmill for a day or two and then give up for months...you know that cycle.  Everyone kept saying to do something you enjoy, but when you are a person who has NEVER enjoyed any kind of exersion that is diffficult to do.  Finally when I bought a used elliptical ($75 vs new at $1000 plus) I went for it.  Can't say I am in love but it sure as heck is better than that treadmill!  I think it also helps that it is in th DR/LR area so I can see everything.
