I have wondered the same thing about myself.  After my TT (if insurance company will get off their duff, last letter said they needed pics and further hosp info?! Pics were sent and the hosp is the  same place I had orig surgery! I think they are stalling but that is another rant)   I really want my arms and new girls.  If I get just a lift I don't know what size I will be and I really want to be a C I think.  I currently still wear a D but padded to give the fullness.  I am afraid without implants I will be a small B and I like my girls!  I don't have a spouse to be concerned with but I argue with myself enough as it is LOL.

After the kiddies, we're getting them done.  I was also a 38G, and had them reduced when I was 25.  I went to a C cup, but admit, I think a full C is what I would want again.

Due to the reduction, I'm going to have to go implants because there is not much breast material left.  Though I do now have to go to a bigger cup size.. pregnacy boobs.. blah.

Meld... that's the word!  Soups and stews... and lasagna... seem to all taste better to me after they have had some time to meld.

Waaaa... I hoped to hear how it turned out... Let me know!

YOU got yelled at?   She must be a Cranky B!

Hope that your week gets back on track and make it to the potlucks.  Enjoy your RIDE...

Mmmm....I know exactly what you mean.  My mom always referred to it as letting the flavours 'meld'.

With my car trouble today my plans all got ruined (as well as a batch of cookies!) so even with all that managed to get done I am still behind and never did get the cheesecake baked.  Waaaa!  I even got yelled at tonight by one of the old biddies from the rose society.  Sheesh, if i turn into a cranky old b*tch like that when I'm old you all have permission to kick my walker out from under me and laugh as I fall.

Just kidding....

DH is driving me to work tomorrow and then picking me up on base in his big heavy equipment truck.  It will be the first time I've ever gotten to ride along with him on the job.  Wish me luck, folks.  The part needed for my car won't be in town till Thursday sometime so it is going to be dicey getting to all these potlucks, etc. till it is fixed.

I don't have any "body"... "gland mass"... whatever you would call it.   Just skin.  If they put my breasts back where they should be, I don't know what they would use to make "breasts".  I don't think that I have an option about implants.

Cheesecake Addict Here...

I like to eat them a few days after they are baked... just taste better to me.  Kind of like "aging" of some foods, if you know what I mean.

I actually used to be a G cup (yes they make those ;-p ) and had a breast reduction in 2000 making me a C.  Best thing I ever did, besides RNY.  My DH said his "goodbyes" the night before surgery and now says anything more than a mouthful is waste.  Little did he know all this weight loss would leave some droopy imposters of boobies.  Because I was so large before I would never consider getting implants, however, I would love a lift to put them back where they belong.

I have wanted to ask this question, but it seems OT.  Since we are all around the stage that PS could be a possibility, what would your Dream Breast size be?   My first bra was a size C cup and my largest size... had a lot of Drs... with a large rib cage measurement.  My shoulders and back hurt from being too large.  I ended up with a good amount of stretch marks over the years.  Now that I am thinking of PS, I am considering a new smaller size.  I figure that if I was smaller that I might not have as much "droopage" later also.   I was thinking of asking the PS what size would "fit" my body, when I am ready for surgery.  I've heard that computer renderings are now available, but don't know much about them.  I've also heard that some PS provide patients with inserts for them to "test drive".  Is any of this correct???

I know that this is personal, but hope that someone responds to me.
Thanks...
R

PS: Here is the PS site that I am considering.  Obviously, it has naked bodies on it... as it is PS.  If you do not want to view it, don't.  If you do, I'd appreciate any comments on the Doc's work.  Good or Bad... just honest... I don't want to have to go through PS twice.

PS2: Not "everyone" in my house thinks that I should go smaller (DH... Hmmm...), but I figure that the ultimate say should be mine.  BTW.. this is not why we are having problems...   Are you and your spouse in agreement on "size"???  Does it matter???

This has been a very long day for me... Thank you for the warmth that you brought to me with your acceptance and love.... Huggles.... Smoochies....

Still feeling (really, really) resistant about Friday's Kung Fu session.  Mailed payment... could imply that I will be a "no show"?  Getting started... change, in general,  makes me anxious.  Bummer.

Hot Drinks, Baking, Food Limits (evil cravings), Journal & Exercise Issues... I'm  there with you!

MOVES:  Repost from Yesterday...  I still haven't gotten back into exercising, which I thought that I would especially after hearing some info at Support Group.  One woman mentioned that she had bone density loss in her hips, but more density in her spine.  Not sure why there was this kind of change, but the loss was what they focused on... and the answer: walk.  This woman is about 18 months post-op and in her late 50's.  Her age was not seen as the factor, but her lack of exercise was noted.

EATS:
2 AM: slice pumpernickel / rye, 1 t.  Blue Bonnet Spread, popcorn, Nature Valley Almond Crunch
B: RF Barber Marco Polo Chicken
L: Stouffer's Stuffed Peppers (2), 1 oz bran pretzels
D: eggroll*
S: 1 oz Smartfood Cheddar popcorn, Fudgsicle, hot cocoa, lf string cheese, 1 oz bran pretzels, NF yogurt, 1 oz Great Grains cereal

* Eggroll got "stuck / ouchie" in said pouchie...  so my "dinner combo" went right into the fridge.

*BIG HUGS* to your Ro.... thank you for being accountable and showing us that we all have our struggles and having the ability to share it here.  It isn't easy but this is real life right?

So far today, slept in.. had a LATE start.  Noon... ugh working night shift makes me weird the first couple days off in regards to sleep.  Tomorrow will be a good start day as far as time.

So far today, not hungry after all my ahem.. crap food I ate yesterday, lets not go there :(  Today is my fresh start!

I have had 1 scoop of protein powder in my POT of coffee.. It is SO cold here already.. its been so nice to sip on this all day.  No not decaf, I need a whippin!   Molly... u and I are so alike in our warm fluid needs lol. I am addicted to fresh ground coffee beans for coffee now.. got a grinder and going to town with it.  Need to switch to deaf though, I will work on that!

I don't have the rest of the day planned out yet... thinking I will do all liquids today as I have been so far behind on drinking.  It feels good to rehydrate some.  Also getting in lots of water!

I have an eating plan that I have developed for myself starting tomorrow or thursday (might do another protein day tomorrow, we will see.. trying to decarb!)

I am getting ready to head to the gym now, haven't been in a VERY long time.... Trying to be good and already trying to make excuses not to go, NOT GOOD.. I AM GOING! :)

Thanks for the accountability... u shoved me out the door! *HUGS*

Edited to add:  I did go to the gym.  I ran 3 miles and did 1 hour of upper body weight lifting!

Foods.... not the BEST day but more on track than before.

Prebreakfast: Lots O coffee and 3/4 scoop of protein powder.

Breakfast: Protein shake with 1 cup hood milk

After Gym Snack: 1 EAS rtd shake

Lunch: 3 oz turkey jerky, a few peanuts

Dinner: large salad with romaine, red onion, cauliflower, red and green pepper, 2 oz of light cheese shredded and light balsamic vinegerette dressing.

Later meal: 4 oz ham, 2 slices of pepperjack cheese.

I tried to decarb... so made sure it was protein I went for if I needed to munch.  Not as controlled as I would have liked but better than before.  My portions seem huge these days....

I need to plug this into fitday, just haven't yet.

I got your email about Beck! Thanks for that update! You are awesome!  I need to get going ont hat with us again.  Maybe tomorrow I can do that.

Hugs, Melissa
