I need to get into the water and non grazing habit myself.  We can do it!!! I do good with protein and vitamins just like you, exercise.. well I stay active but no formal, get your heart pumping exercise lately.  NOT GOOD for me.. i need to get my heart rate up!  I feel u on the soft/squishies also.. I am right there with you.  I have lost almost all my muscle.  Let's get it together... get ready for accountability to return starting tomorrow.  I am recommitting and you can recommit with us!

Glad your weekend at work is going well!  Mine is good but very busy.  I have 3 patients out of 7 in MRSA isolation, I am sure you guys have heard of that in the news.. scary stuff.

Aw *hugs* I miss you too Diana.  I am starting accountability Monday, so be on the look out!  My plan is to eat lower carbs and get healthier carbs back in, been letting way too many sneak back in and its driving my energy level down not to mention reactive hypoglycemia attacks :(  I don't have them when I eat right and that reminds me to take a step back and reevaluate things.

It's a good thought but sounds like its still cosmetic in their eyes unless you meet certain criteria like unresolved rashes after getting prescription agents from a PCP and continued documentation of failed attempts at trying to resolve those rashes or back pain or pannus hanging lower than genitalia in some plans.  It all depends I think on how well it is documented and just how hard your PS is on your side with documentation and most are very good but still hard to get many benefits and if so its a panni removal which is a small portion of a larger procedure (esp if u are going for an LBL).  I can't see how losing 10-15 lbs of skin couldn't help me feel better but I can still run a 5k race in 30 minutes.. know what I mean?  They see it as "livable".  I say try living with it in my shoes for a few days and then make that decision lol.

So why is he "off the hook" for the anniversary?  Just because you have a baby doesn't mean you can't be showered with pampering and gifts ;)  You can tell him I said that.  Haha..

I want to go to Ireland but husband has no desire.  We have no idea, not sure we will even travel outside the US.. if we do it will be to Hawaii aboard a cruise as its the cheapest way to travel there.

How realistic an idea did the PS give you on how your UBL will look?   Did he show previous work, computer images, drawings, or did he move your "parts" to where they "should be"?  I have not gone for a consult and have no idea what to expect.
