I have lurked forever...thought I'd break down and type something...lol Had my surgery almost 2 years ago and have lost 155 pounds. Trying to look into reconstructive surgery...any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated. Anyone know how to get OHIP to cover a lower body lift????

Good Idea! You could just have a fluctuation. Since you haven't exercised in months, I think that the idea that ....the muscle level has lessen soooo your weight lessened... doesn't hold water. I'd just recheck next week.
Sorry to hear that your stress is so high. I gather that asking your brother for a reprieve is not possible. Hopefully, you can survive all of the mayhem. At least... sneak-out for some alone time to keep your sanity!

the depression is b/c of all that's going on and that includes my brother's visit...it's just too much at the same time but thank goodness his visit is only for a week.
blowing up the house? that sound fun but then where would you get the money for the repairs?

wow!!! a 7 lbs loss? that's way too much...I think the scale went 
because I have not changed my eats and I have not exercised in months...will wait and see what next week's weigh in brings...
