I'm surprised that they stopped after WLS. Molly has suffered for years even surgery & dropping Lbs. Do you plan on continuing the water pills?
I was on HGTZ and a blood pressure Rx that also contained it. The diuretic in those meds helped reduce my blood pressure, but lowered my potassium soooo low that the Nutritionist placed me on potassium supplements for 18 months until my Labs were "low-normal". I'm hoping that my next set of Labs shows that my level is still OK. Potassium pills are pretty big and I couldn't lay down for 30 minutes after taking it. I was really good about taking the potassium, as it helps regulate muscles... including the heart.
So how's your feeling? and did you increase your water? ______ oz??? Just being nosy! HeHe

It's just Karma... and that you did not PLAN and MONITOR this month... HeHeHe
I've heard that little girls love it unplanned!! Surprise!!!!
Hey, If you do have a boy... You'll love him up! If you have a girl, YOU don't plan on a return policy... Right???
Enjoy every moment... keep reminding DH that it is his fault! Throws him off balance...

Love you... Ro

So I'm hoping that you're going to update with a new post... at least occasionally!
You know that I'm waiting to hear about your DH's costume pick!

LMAO. He just glared at me. Said, "Shut it, go back to crocheting and quit being a troublemaker."
I'm working on a baby blanket for a friend's little grandson atm.

Just remembered... I did pick up some "different" foods at BJ's to change around my meals, which have gotten pretty boring. Smaller items that I can add to a salad were shrimp, crab cakes, and Barber's reduced fat Marco Polo chicken. Also bought stuffed clams... mostly breading, but as a part of a meal... hopefully not so bad. I can bake a small quantity and keep the rest frozen. I picked a "complete" corn muffin mix (just add water) so that I can make a batch of mini muffin; instead of buying a larger quantity... and eating or freezing them.
Took out my Dutch Oven and made a few savory meals recently. I usually start with partially prepared food (Lazy) and then add veggies and seasoning. I used to love to cook and have had to modify most meals. A long time ago, there was a discussion about logging-in larger / higher number of calories than we thought that we might have eaten to "cover" the difference and give our best guess. I find that I do this whenever I eat at a restaurant, assuming that they are adding butter, etc. So home cooking is a much better plan for me.
beef stew (started with 2 packs of Hormel Beef au jus)
"jambalaya" (started with Zatarain's and added Gaspar Chorizo) ... DH enjoyed; too spicy for me!
beef shanks (add 2 mini bottles of Vendange Cabernet Sauvignon and beef stock with base veggies...removed meat... pulsed base into sauce once slightly reduced... added ****ake mushrooms w/ rosemary & garlic oil packet)
pea soup (started with dry split peas... added smoked ham... stock-like gelatin from 4 BJ's rotisserie chickens (frozen stuff on hand) and 2 boxes of Tabatchnick's Low Sodium pea soup)
Everything above got a good dose of different veggies! Yum... and I have different "Go Tos".
I usually stay away from red meat... Next week I have smoked turkey legs and ground turkey... and the "seafood" listed above. I love my big red pot! Not Le Creuset... but from Le Target Store!

Mel and Bea would probably know more than I do about it.
Seems like a loss!
