When you get a chance, could you email me the recipes you compiled? Once Kit Cat is here, I want to make sure I've decarbed the house and go back to our first few months post WLS of protein rich diet. I want the weight off quickly, but safely, so we can do baby #2 (God willing) and be done. 
I already made up some chicken chili for after her arrival, and if it gets cool enough before labor, want to make up some muffins and mini crustless quiches to freeze.

How you feeling?
The pregnancy rash is driving me insane, since we're having 100 degree weather. Triamcimolone (sp) cream for the healing, Cortisone/Benadryl cream for the itch. It's a never ending cycle.. lol.

To be fair, I grew up in a family of construction workers.. so I do know how to do a lot of things the "typical" female doesn't know how to do. Anyone need sheet rock hung or taped and spackled? How about the toilet ring replaced? What, need concrete or brick laid? LOL
Ray is great on the computer.. hopeless at hooking up the stereo, DVD or VCR. And I've taught him how to change the truck's oil, check the tire pressure, change a tire..
I love my uncles.. even though they drug all of us girls around and babied us, they made sure we knew how to do stuff ourselves, so we weren't completely hopeless. And you should see what I can fix with duct tape!
Added a picture of Caitlin's side of the room to the baby photos. Now that I'm concious from my 2 mile waddle through the Oakdale Chocolate Festival. Hmmmm.. had a frozen fruit kabob dipped in chocolate & peanuts, with a herbal passion berry tea & splenda, and the insides of a tri-tip sandwich. Got a bit of a "glow" from the 103 degree sun. It was a good Saturday.

I fixed the circuit breakers in the computer room (one sparked and had to be removed and a new one installed. So, did both of them while I was at it). Now, since I can't have a cold beer, I shall go fix myself some cottage cheese in a cantaloupe.

Grats, Mini. I was going to post the other day, but was having some issues with our cable behaving itself. Babies and kids are so much fun.. especially when you get to send them home! Hmmm.. what the heck was I thinking.. I can't send mine anywhere... uh oh....
My Aunt Pat is in the same boat as you.. as we have a HUGE, well make that, ENORMOUS Irish/English clan. She's the last of my 7 Aunts & Uncles on my mom's side, so she runs herd over all 64 of us cousins, 2nd and 3rd cousins. I can't even count how many times she's a great Aunt and Great Great Aunt.

I did get on the scale today and was down 3 pds from the weekend so i was HAPPY but I still am WAY up. Happy Wedesday to all of you and I really hope to post I am down more next week:)
