Topic: I have to have a Biopsy
HI ALL
I HAVE A SPOT THAT HAS COME UP ON MY TONGUE, IT'S SMOOTH, REAL RED, IS IRRITATED AND GETTING BIGGER. MY PRIMARY DR. FIRST THOUGHT IT WAS THRUSH, PUT ME ON MEDS BUT IT DID NOT CLEAR UP SO THEN THEY THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE BEEN A VITAMIN DEFICIENCY BUT ALL OF MY BLOOD WORK CAME BACK NORMAL. NOW I HAVE TO HAVE TO GO TO A SPECIALIST AND HAVE A BIOPSY DONE BECAUSE THEY REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS.
PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS THAT THIS IS NOTHING SERIOUS.

Hi All!!!
How are you doing??? Hope everyone had a good week!!! Let's take a moment to weigh in and see how we are doing this week! I won't be here to do this one next week, so someone take over for me please!!! I will be recooping in the hospital Wed and *may* be discharged that day.
So here it goes..

Just want to wish you the best during your surgery. I just know you are going to feel better after you get the extra skin removed. Wonder how much more weight you will lose when they take the skin off?
I do have to say you are a brave soul to post the pre-op pictures (I could never have done it) LOL Can't wait to see the final results.

If I were younger, I would go for it, but I figure lots of 56 year olds are more saggy than me so I don't let it bother me...too much anyways. I think the skin on my thighs look a bit elephanty but other than that I think I made out better than some do because I am tall at 5'10'. I would love to have perky breasts so if I ever marry rich, I could ask for them as an anniversary present.
You are yong and gorgeous already, but you will be spectacular in a month. Best wishes, truly,

As for you body if you are ok with a good bra (I am) then no worries.. I just can't handle the gut thing at all.. its tough on my psyche, it makes me feel obese still. There is just too much of it hiding under my clothes, I am amazed it isn't more apparent than what it is.
Again I thank you and maybe someday plastics will be in your future if that truly is what you want. You look wonderful to me!!!!

Add me to your list of admirers, but I think you know that already. Sometimes I look at my body and wonder where I would be if I did not have bones to stop the skin from just concaving into my body. I am so happy that my ribs give my boobs at least a semlance of shape without a bra. I wish I were joining you this journey. You can tell in some of the pics just how shapely you will be at this journey's end. Outer beauty without having to hide under clothes! YAY, your inner beauty will now be matched by the outer. I know.. "brave" is an understatement. After I uploaded them I thought to myself, wow am I really doing this? but ya know what.. I have been pretty transparent this whole journey, why stop now. My body doesn't look good, I lost 190ish pounds so it is what it is.. I just hope that people don't judge me negatively for posting them.. they are eye-opening and graphic but I guess with me being a nurse it isn't the end of the world either. I know most would NOT do it.. and I can appreciate them for that also. But many did share their pics with me and this is my way of paying it forward.
I did get a recliner from the in-laws and a toilet seat riser with arms that I bought.

In the hospital one night for sure, paid for two but may not stay two and get refunded. It all depends on pain and if there is any nausea.

WOW!!! You are so brave in sharing these pics with us. You are going to do fine next tuesday.
Do you have a recliner? I used mine for about 3 weeks after the hernia repair and panni removal. I do not know what would I have done without it......
