Hi All
Well still havent gotten off of my duff and back in the gym like I need to. I did take a walk in the sunshine the other day and it was so nice. Now the weather has turned cool and gloomy here so I am still in hybernation LOL.
I am not sure, but I think I may have a vitamin deficency problem. My Dr. is going to do labs to see if I do. I'll let you guys know when I find out something.
Had an alright week with the eating, at least I didn't gain

GO COLTS!!!!
Everyone glad Easter is over and spring is here? It's time to get out there and dust those tennis shoes off and get moving if you haven't already! Enjoy the sunshine and take it all in. I have a deeper appreciation for it now that I live in northern Iowa where it is VERY gloomy during winter and so the spring is definently a breath of fresh air and long awaited!
So are you guys feeling any better? Where are you right now? Do share..
I feel pretty good, I have been getting back into an exercise routine I lost there for a while. I had the flu the past two weeks but finally over it (thank GOD) and now ready to just move on with life some. However I am having my PS in less than two weeks so that will have me down for the count some. Will be hard not being able to run basically through the summer or lift weights. Lots of walking with the dogs I am thinking!
Here are my numbers, not the best but not too bad either.

And dang kid still hasn't done her headstand! Go to the doctor on Monday to find out what he has to say about that one.
Been a ****tttttteeeeeeeee week. Truck is still in the shop from the accident, should get it back Monday, waiting on insurance reimbursement for the rental car (Kia Spectra.. zippy little thing), and we lost one of our 11 month old kittens to accidental pesticide poisoning, the whole family is just crushed.
But this too shall pass.

Hope you aren't mad, I don't want to be preachy cause heaven knows I'm no perfect eater. Did you happen to catch the Oprah episode this week with those blue highlighted places in the world where people live a long time and are healthier? I only saw part of it but loved a quote about the Japanese....there is a certain saying they recite before eating that translates to something like 'remember to only eat 80%'. I'm sure it would be easy to find on her website. Oprah seemed very impressed with that.
It is a good theory too, to be mindful to only eat a portion of what we want to eat and learn to just eat enough and not too much. Doubt any of us here in America-the-Land-of-Plenty can do that full time but if we at least try it can't hurt, huh?
You have a good week too!
hugs,
Molly

I really don't need a panni but would really love the tummy tuck stuff where they go in and tighten those ab muscles. Not that I''d turn down some skin removal mind you!
Waiting on an ultrasound appointment now to see what is up with it and if there is anything next or just waiting to see if it is a torn muscle that will heal on its own. You know i'm cheering for the hernia, twisted huh? LOL
