Sounds like you may want to try a powder that has a higher percentage of protein that way you don't have to intake quite so much.
Some things to try:
Muscle Milk Pudding 20 grams
Stacker 2 Protein Water 45 grams
Perfect Zero Carb Isopure 50 grams
Hope this Helps!

Went to the Doctor yesterday. He removed the drain. I feel liberated! Down 12 pounds. Started eating purees, feeling so full soooo fast!
Getting all the protein in stinks!
But here are a few things I'm doing:
Making shakes:
Chocalate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Freeze 1% milk in an icecube tray.
Blend Chocalate Protein mix (1scoop)
6 oz of 1% Milk
1 table spoon of peanut butter.
Fruit & Vanilla Protein Shake
Add Vanilla protein powder
Milk & cubes as above
Strawberries
bannana
Blend and drink! (takes me about an hour) But it's 1/2 the protein I need for the day!
Topic: Help ! New pain after 3 weeks???
I am just over 3 weeks post op and in the last day I have experienced a new excrutiating burning pain. The pain is just about 1/2 inch to the left of the incision at my bellybutton. If I'm standing or laying flat it is fine, but pretty much any movement flares it up again and it kills - what could be causing this? Has anyone else had this? How long will it last? I was doing so good up until this, now I'm so disappointed an a little freaked out that it hurts this bad.
