Hi Terry. How's it going? Well, I got my consult date set for Dec.8th for Dr. Cobourn in Mississauga. I found the Edmonton people I contacted not very helpful and Calgary only takes you if you live there. So, Ontario is a bit of a trek but I think I may be worth it. I am trying to get my NWT Health to cover it because it costs $16,000.00. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Any luck would help. Have a great day! Dawn
