I went to Mexico and had my sleeve done on Feb24 2016. On April 1 I sent my out of country claim form to AHC. I received My refund cheque from them on April 22 2016. I got $1640.98 back.
Did you get any kind of approval before you went to Mexico? I am 99.9% decided that is where I am going to get the bypass done. I wouldn't mind getting some kind of refund.

No, I just went and did it then did the papers for the refund. It was easy.
