How do you all remember
I take all my vitamins and supplements to work with me. I work 11pm to 7am, set them out on my desk, as I have one or two, depending on what it is, I put it back into my work bag so I know what I have left to take. I am now using the calcium petites, since I cant find the chews anymore but I usually get them all in during my 8 hour shift. The petites are much smaller and I take 4, or two at a time, just have to wait 2 hours before taking my iron. I use sublingual B12. Ive always had a high B12 count, so have never had to go to the injections. Now when Im off, it is different but I try my best. The rest of my usual meds, i take when I get home, before bed.
Vitalady sells the powdered UPcalD which I have heard is a good product. It is a powdered calcium supplement, that mixes easily in whatever drink your having, you may want to check into that since you cant swallow pills.

...EWWWY! I also take two of the calcium Calcet from Walmart. It says the pills have triple the calcium and vitamin D. The bottle actually says they are for leg cramps, which I have. So hopefully I'm knocking out two birds with one or two pills. Also trying to avoid osteoporosis! Note: a friend of mine told me if you have to crush your pills put it in a little peanut butter and swallow it. Goes down much easier. Wish I had known that right after surgery!
I'm taking two multi-vitamins a day, plus a b12. Ginger I wanted to add. I loved the Chike. To me it's absolutely the best protein powder made. Those days after surgery go fast. After that you can pretty much depend on getting enough protein from the food you eat.
