hi! Yes Dr Freeman tells his patients once the drains come out on day six that their first meal should consist of an egg cooked anyway except fried with a little cheese. I was a bit nervous and ate only half of one egg but it sat well with me! I bet u didnt get my reply to the PM you sent me! It was a couple of weeks ago! I will resend it!
