Smoked Salmon Fettucine

2 cups heavy cream 4 ounces smoked salmon (broken into small pieces) 1 pound fettuccine noodles of your choice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup parmesan cheese (preferably freshly grated) 1 pinch nutmeg freshly ground black pepper

 
  1. Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray
  2. Combine cream and salmon in the sow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Cook fettuccine for approximately 3 minutes. Make sure not to overcook.
  5. Toss with olive oil and parmesan.
  6. Add fettuccine to the salmon sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with nutmeg and black pepper.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
