Smoked Salmon Fettucine
2 cups heavy cream
4 ounces smoked salmon (broken into small pieces)
1 pound fettuccine noodles of your choice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup parmesan cheese (preferably freshly grated)
1 pinch nutmeg
freshly ground black pepper
- Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray
- Combine cream and salmon in the sow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cook fettuccine for approximately 3 minutes. Make sure not to overcook.
- Toss with olive oil and parmesan.
- Add fettuccine to the salmon sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with nutmeg and black pepper.
