Tuesday Coffee Talk

WOW!!  I wake up this morning and WHAT A CHANGE!  We have a new board!  I like it!  I just have to get use to it.  Do you like it? 

How'd ya sleep?  I woke up a couple of times but went right back to sleep.  Nothing like some good sleep!

Our challenge today is to smile.  Did you know it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile?  Frowning also leaves BAD wrinkles. HA!  Today, I challenge you to smile.  Make people wonder what you are smiling about.  You've heard the saying, "smile, it makes people wonder"?  Well, that is true!  I'm gonna make EVERYONE wonder today because I am going to smile all day.  Wanna join me?

So, who's up?  What cha sippin' on this morning?  Me?  I'm loving me some Bocajava.com Mistletoe Mint Blend.  Sure is good too.

Today's challenge will be an easy one...I have so much to smile about.  I can't wait until the Chrstimas party in Mobile tonight with the Slim Chance support group.  A bunch of us Weigh Downers from across the bay are crashing their Christmas party (with their blessings, of course).  I haven't seen any of them since I was pre-op (last year's Christmas Party) so I plan to take my photo from last year's party to show what a difference a year had made.

Hoping I can smile my way thru work!  I have a good job but things are pretty slow right now and I would rather be busy...makes the time pass a lot faster. 

I haven't had a chance to check out any new features they might have added to the board, but from what I can see, I like the new look.

I'm sipping on a HUGE mug of cappucino and boy is it good.
