~DUMPING~
All I've eaten today is a slice of sf Banana Nut bread and some pintos and spoon breat my MIL brought over for our lunch. I've been DUMPING
all afternoon. I'm miserable. Ugh....seems like every thing I eat lately runs straight through me. Does anyone else just have "times" like this when it seems to go on and go for several days???

To be honest, eating banana nut bread isn't the healthiest of things to eat, and the sugar from it could be causing it. Are u getting enough protein? When did u have your surgery and what kind?

Just after I sent my post to you, I had a feeling that you made it sugar free. I also had a dumping experience a while back after eating some very low sugar yogurt with granola, I guess it didn't agree with me, but after 2 hours of dumping I survived to tell the story. I am actually glad I have experienced it, as sick as that sounds, because it definitely helps me in never wanting to cheat.
I do hope you are doing better now, and congrats on being a 6 and a half year WLS veteran!!

It seems I dump here lately whenever I eat a lot of carbs. Maybe it was the carbs in the banana bread that did it???

Hi sorry you are dumping. I haven't had surgery yet, but from everything I have read you haven't had enough protein and too many carbs. I hope you are better soon.
