Whatcha Eating Today?
 Hilary I don't usually reply but I am trying to cut out some carbs which is so  hard. I think that I have done good with the carbs today. 
Breakfast: handful of pecans, 1 slice of deli ham
lunch: 1/2 smoked chicken sandwich and a few bites of the bun
midafternoon: more pecans
dinner: 1/2 of childs steak from Longhorn and a few bites of mashed potatoes
will probaly have more pecans before bed
2 peanut butter crackers
Okay all of you tell me what I am doing wrong. I already know not enough protein, right?

 Thank you for replying!!! I wish everyone would join in! It does keeep us accountable and sometimes its better to see it wrote down to know what your doing wrong.
I think you've done a great job. I too am trying to cut out my carbs. im a carb junkie. I find that so weird because before WLS i didnt like bread or chocolate. now i crave both.. daily. :(
If you would throw a protein shake in there you'd be good on protein!!

 Good idea about the protein shake, BUT, I am a very finky eater and have never been able to tolerate the taste. I have tried several and just not my cup of tea.  Wish I could tho.  I have to try and get my protein in with meat, there is so much that I don't eat that it is just so hard. Good thing I don't like veggies, or should I say bad?  I will chime in tonight and let you know how I did today. So far only a handful of pecans.
