I have since 3 a.m. (wake up time for me today) only had 1 cheese burger all day and that was the $1.00 burger from macky d's.  I just had a craving.  LOL  I need to eat and will before bed.  That is all I have had today.  The carbs are TERRIBLE!!

All i can say is Im glad i dont like mcdonalds.. On the other hand, whopper jrs get me in trouble sometimes haha.

Hope today is a good day for you! You have to eat more to lose weight!!

I ended up eating under 1200 calories yesterday.  That is still TOO much!  I'm doing so much better though.  PROTEIN FIRST from now on.  Today, eggs!!!!   LOL

Don't think that I did to bad today.

B- pecans again
L- small plain hamburger from McDonalds with 1/2 of the bottom of the bun
S- 4 peanut butter crackers and 1 mini reese's cup
D- about a Tspoon of chicken and dumplins

Hiliary Golden Rule is a barbeque restaurant.  They have awesome mini corn muffins.

Well Hilary you must be sending me food vibes because we ate some of the same things again today!  I really thought I was being original rolling up my cheese stick in my ham. LOL 

B: fruit parfait from McDonads and SF Vanilla iced coffee
S: protein bar
L: grilled chicken breast (Inside of a sandwich) and a little cole slaw
S: WW Peach yogurt w/ granola
D: 1 slice of LF deli ham wrapped around a LF string cheese stick

haha, ok dont eat rotisserie chicken for lunch today. Because thats what i brought with me!

You had a good day. When my dad was in the hospital at Vanderbilt we lived at the McDonalds, i dont care of McD's but i seen a fruit and yogart parfait that looooked soo good and something that had walnuts in it they called it some kind of salad. but it was a fruit salad type deal. Unfortunately dad had left us, but im very thankful to be out of that hospital, i lived off their icecream cones.

I had some greek peach yogurt nice before last. Never again. I can stomach real yogurt better than greek. I did buy some granola thats protein at Publix.

Anyways, hope today is just as good for you as yesterday :) 

BTW Ive always rolled my sandwich meat around the stick cheese, i use to not like stick cheese, now i love it.

Ugh I dont even want to think about what I have ate today! It was no better than yesterday... 1/2 a beef and cheddar sandwich from Arbys and 2 pieces of chocolate. Ive gotta get back on track!
