B: Yoplait Peaches N Cream Whipped Yogurt (4g)

S: Teriyaki beef jerky (21g)

L: Deli chicken, Laughing Cow cheese, and pickle roll-up (4g) and then a little later : 1 ounce of grilled chicken breast (6g) and applesauce

S: Adkins Advantage Chocolate Royale Shake (15g) blended with skim milk (4g) and ice.

Edit - D: Scalloped potatoes and ham (11g)

Just have a question for y'all. How many calories does your surgeon recommend you have daily?

I honestly dont remember calories. i try to watch my carbs and thats about it. If i eat low carb high protein and drink my water i have found out i lose! so im happy.

I've been slacking in the water department, so I need to pick that back up again.

For the roll ups, I take a slice of deli chicken, spread it with half a wedge of laughing cow cheese, top it with another slice of chicken, and then wrap the whole thing around a dill pickle spear. I loved them several months post op, but yesterday it was just okay. You know how it goes though, next time it might be the best thing ever. It's crazy how our tastes can vary from day to day. :)

I've had a good day with my eating.  It is protein first for me from now on!!  NO CHEATING TODAY!! 

B-egg with cheese
S-slice of cheese with 2 saltines
L-special K cereal (protein and milk)
S-protein bar 21 grams!
D-Steak and a tiny potatoe

I am so proud of my day today.  This sitting around as of late has to go!!  LOL  The last 3 months have been stress eating but Lucy and I are holding each each other accountable! 

Hillary,  Thanks for doing this!  I've told friends from other boards you are doing this because they need accountability as well.  Keep it going!!

YOU DID Have a great day!!! Im very very proud of you!!!

You know, i use to try and do this and rarely anyone posted, i kind of got my feelings hurt theni said well you know what, they'll either post or not. I have to do it for ME because it holds ME accountable. Im very shocked and very proud of the response that this post has gotten. It makes me thrive to try and post it every day. The weekends are the times im not around  a computer to post, so im hoping someone will still do it on Saturday and Sundays!

Again, great job today, if we all stick together we can too get this weight off. even us long time post ops!

Hilary, I don't even want to tell you what I have had today!!!  I have got to get back on track.  Maybe when these IEP meetings are over I will be back where there is some consistancy in my life.

You CAN get back on track. its why i started posting this. If i see what im having compared to others it tells me where im going wrong. and what i need to do different. You can do it :) We're here for you!

B - Coffee and my walking
S - Cream cheese filled bagle ( their great and only 4 grams of fat )
L  1/2 cup of  Purple Hull Peas
S- 1/4  of a  Chicken Salad from Jacks and 3 strawberries
I am sipping on my Cinnamon Swirl Coffee now  ( I do not eat after 5 pm) so thats it for me


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
