Well, we are still in Bible School so my food today didnt start out great, but we made it work. B 20 oz coffee
S 4 LF Trisciut's w/1 teaspoon of an awesome cheeseball L Leftover spaghetti from last night S Whats that?? Ha Ha D Grilled rib, bout 3 oz, 2 tbsp potato salad and 3 tbsp corn I have had almost all of my required liquid, and have taken all of my vitamins, andddddddddd..... I worked out again today for the first time in 6 weeks. I finally felt strong enough to go back at it, so I did. May kill me tomorrow, but what dont kill us makes us stronger. Susan, I sure hope you get to feeling better, cuz thinking about you being woozie suzie makes me wonder if you are gonna be table dancing again!!!! Love ya all, Rhonda
It was awful!!!! Sure didn't taste anything like I remembered it.

B - 2 bites of Special K cereal, 1 bite of lf cottage cheese
S - Water
L - 1/2 slice of toasted bread, 1 oz turkey, 1 slice LF cheese
D - 2 slices LF cheddar cheese, 5 wheat thins
S - tried sf Guilt Free ice cream - was sick for 2 hours. Too soon for that I think.
Just wanted to give you a heads up about Sugar Free products. Most of them have sugar alcohols and you have to watch out for those. They bother some people, others they don't. A couple of the protein bars I eat have sugar alcohols, but not enough to bother me. I've tried other things and they've made me sick, including sf ice cream. Try looking for No Sugar Added instead of Sugar Free, they are usually better and won't make you sick. And remember, Sucralos is OK.
