BMI under 40

Hi again, I thought you weren't eligible for the Rny procedure unless you had a higher BMI? That seems like an incredible waste of money on the Governments part, what's new! Pretty soon they will only want it done on people who are only overweight as a preventative measure rather than on people who are morbidly obese. I am feeling incredibly nasty. Might have fix it with a bagel and strawberry cream cheese, no non-fat tonight. Sarah
