Just on my tea right now and going to make a shake in a moment...feeling hungry,but I have been up for an hour and a half and I did not want to wake Jeff with the shaking!!! But present and on track!  Bounce

Well I shake it to the right...and shake it to the left...oh wait a minute...that is another story!!! ROTFL Made my icky shake....really not so bad when you are hungry....and I am off to exercise!!! So far so good! Kisses

 Here!! I started this morning off with Cocoa Mochaccino mixed into my coffee. It has 23 grams of protein. I have some chicken protein soup for breakfast that is only 80 calories and has 16 grams of protein. I love this soup. Lunch will be what every I grab. And for snacks I will have my chichen soup. Dinner is up in the air.  As I look at this list of all of us doing this together. I know we can do it. But I just wanted to say. IF you can't make it. Do not be scared to tell us. If you need to eat something, let us know. That does NOT mean you failed, it just means you had a faults start and you can try it agian later.  Love you all and Stevo, thank you for the protein train of support.  GOOD MORNING STEVE

I AM UP AND HAD MY FIRST PROTEIN DRINK OF THE DAY. I AM DRINKING MY WATER AND NOT A BIT HUNGRY.  BUT IT'S ONLY 6:03 AM NO REALLY I DON'T GET HUNGRY AT ALL, I WAS STARTING TO EAT JUST BECAUSE. I AM SO GLAD THAT WE ARE ALL DOING THIS TOGETHER. I THINK THIS WEEK SHOULD PROVE TO BE A GOOD ONE. HAVE A GOOD DAY AT WORK AND WILL BE WAITING TO SEE A POST FROM YOU WHEN YOU GET HOME. Ok I am up and have been for 2.5 hours this morning.  I am on track and I will do it.  I pretty much stay on track and once and a while get off the track.  But I know that we can all do this. Good Luck, Liz
