First big WOW moment for me!

I was so excited last night! I took my daughter to her basketball game. It was at the youth center that I use to work at. On our way out, one of my ex co-workers stopped me and said, "wow, you have lost weight!" I was so excited! My first person that noticed! I was down 16 lbs since surgery (9days) and 21 total!!! Yea for me!!! Cheri

Congrats!! I have decided that after my surgery I am going to keep a journal for just my WOW moments so that during the time I feel like I am not getting anywhere....I can just look back and see that things have indeed changed.
